KMENA - LCS Sales Coordinator
Your tasks
1. Administrative Support:
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, orders, contracts) in the current Krones system landscape, taking into account country and customer specifics
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Organize and schedule sales meetings & presentations.
• Process Sales orders in the ERP system.
2. Communication:
• Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, updates, and complaints.
• Liaise between the local & regional sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and efficient processes.
3. Reporting:
• Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
• Monitor sales data and provide insights to improve team efficiency.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
• Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers on open quotations, outstanding issues, or potential upselling opportunities.
Your profile
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic, English, French (Good to have)
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
